Welcome words

Dear Colleagues and Distinguished Orthopaedic Surgeons,,

It is our great pleasure and honor to warmly invite you to participate in its 78th Annual International Orthopaedic Conference, to be held in Cairo, Egypt from 30 November till 3 December 2026. This long-standing conference represents one of the most established orthopaedic scientific meetings in the region, bringing together orthopaedic surgeons, researchers, and allied professionals from across the world. The scientific program has been carefully designed to address contemporary challenges in orthopaedic practice, highlight recent advances in research and technology, and encourage meaningful exchange of experience between experts of different subspecialties and backgrounds. Through keynote lectures, instructional courses, panel discussions, and free paper sessions, we aim to foster knowledge that directly translates into better patient care. Beyond its scientific value, the conference also offers a unique social and cultural experience particularly for our international colleagues. Cairo is a city where history, culture, and modern life intersect in a truly unforgettable way. From the timeless majesty of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, to the vibrant streets, Nile evenings, and rich culinary traditions, Cairo offers visitors a rare opportunity to combine academic enrichment with cultural discovery and warm hospitality. We strongly believe that such gatherings are not only platforms for science, but also for building friendships, strengthening professional networks, and creating lasting memories. Your participation will greatly enrich the discussions and contribute to the continued success of this distinguished meeting.

We look forward to welcoming you to Cairo and to sharing with you both a stimulating scientific program and a memorable social experience.
